In 2011, I met a friend who, like me, disliked resolutions, because they usually fall flat by February. He encouraged me to set goals for each
year instead.
So in 2012, I started writing down yearly goals. Each goal should be attainable, yet challenging. Some goals remain the same each year (# of books read), some I don't
complete, and others may get added mid-year.
Then, during the last week of December, I look back on what I've accomplished. Some years yeild great growth and others mediocre, but either
way I'm able to track what I've done.
Here's to successful 2017 goals!
