Plan(t) for the future

There is a very basic principle I learned from the Bible many years ago. However, it's something I routinely forget.

You reap what you sow.

We've all heard this, and seen it play out. The actions, attitudes, and efforts that we choose to make today, will produce certain results in the future.

I've found myself questioning at times "how did we end up here?". In those moments of questioning, I've been looking back at what's been sown. As a parent. At work. In our country. And within my own head and heart.

What are you choosing to sow this week?

Last week, I learned a new term called emotional agility. Self awareness fascinates me. Here is a quiz that points out areas of improvement for your own emotional agility.
