The frequency with which I say those four words has become so often that Lindsay created a jingle she sings each time.
Well here's my latest thought:
What if the United States operated like charity: water?
- We'd build wells instead of walls.
- We'd have willing donors pay government operating costs because they trusted in the cause of those in power.
- We'd be generous with our resources across borders (having the highest GDP in the world).
- We'd invest in improving healthcare, education, and gender equality.
- We'd be more invested in saving lives than taking them.
