No one is a master on Monday

Push through, even when you're puzzled

I often buy toys before our daughter is cognitively ready for them. Months ago, we bought a box of puzzles – the hardest being nine pieces – they were too advanced for her at that time.

Recently, she found the puzzles while unpacking. On a Monday, the four piece puzzle was hard for her.

However, we puzzled daily that week and something amazing happened. By Friday, she knew the puzzles so well, she was teasing me about where each piece went!

I'm reminded how quickly I give up on new things "Monday"; but if I stick with them, I've improved by Friday.
