You may not know this, but today is Pack Your Lunch Day. I actually really enjoy a packed lunch. It’s something I didn’t often have growing up, I usually bought my lunch. And now I really enjoy packing one for days where we will be away from home over the lunch hour. Usually simple, a PB&J, some snacks, a drink, and something sweet, but it’s strangely satisfying. 

I do cave though, or sometimes we will be out longer than expected and have to grab some fast food. But in honor of the holiday, today we will pack a delicious lunch!
