I never played with dolls (this is Lindsay btw). I was more interested in drawing or horses or playing Oregon trail. 

My mom (hi mom!) relentlessly bought me beautiful dolls. And today they got put to use. My older daughter spent the morning dressing and redressing and naming a crowd of dolls who are pushing 30. 

I love watching her grow and love things I could have left behind. We are different in a bunch of ways even though everyone says she is my mini. I can't wait to see what else she loves and what she can teach me.
