Do you ever think about someone and say, "he's so..." or "she always..."? I find myself passing this kind of judgment. Generalizing someone based on a few interactions or even if it's someone I've known a long time, I assume I know how they will act. 

When these thoughts pop into my head I try to turn it on myself. Am I always one way? Do I get stuck on one thing? What's annoying about me? What sticks out about my personality? 

I'm hoping this is a balanced approach and I'm not just being a jerk and judging others!
