Over the weekend I got a creepy message on Instagram. It was a weird "I know this secret about you" kind of thing. It really made me question my presence on the internet. It honestly made me want to quit all social media. 

I often feel conflicted on how much is too much to share about my life. Or for that matter, my kids' lives. What will they think? 

It's hard because I find great connections when I'm open and honest online, but it also opens us up to interactions we may not welcome. What's the line? Where's the balance?
