How many books do you read in a year? It fluctuates quite a bit for me. In the last 5 years, I've read as many as 21 and as few as one. At the beginning of the year I usually plan to read somewhere around 20 but I've only hit that once. 

Then it dawned on me the other night... what if I made a micro-goal of reading just 20 pages a day? That seems manageable and if achieved would result in around 30-35 books per year (assuming 200-250 pages/book). 

So I started and am on a 2-day streak!
