Oops, I fell asleep!

And it wasn't a waste


On Saturday, we had a day full of unexpected turns. I thought I was good with going with the flow. But Saturday proved that I like sticking to plans.


By that evening, I was over parenting, talking, and thinking. Annoyed that several projects made minimal progress, I sat racking my brain on how to get back on track. I closed my eyes to think and... 


I fell asleep. 


The last thing I needed! Or was it? 


I woke with a better attitude and clear mind. Napping, meditating, or praying may feel counterproductive. But it's sometimes the best use of time.
