Being an artist, I have always been drawn to making gifts. This was cute as a kid, expected even, but now as I near 30, I question if people appreciate my handmade gifts. 

I feel like a handmade gift has much more heart behind it, although there is something to be said for the perfect store-bought gift. Actually, any gift is a good gift, if you ask me. 

Today is my dad’s birthday and Juniper and I made him a fantastic card yesterday, we know he will love it more than anything we could have bought at the store.
