It's graduation season. We're turning out thousands of seniors onto new horizons. As I sat in the bleachers of a small high school ceremony, I couldn't help but think of the number of these ceremonies happening around the country.
So much potential about to be unleashed on the world. But what if they still don't know what they "want to do when they grow up?" Is it okay for them to live a simple life? Or will we only celebrate them if they go on to great success?
Speeches, awards, hugs, class clowns, formality, pomp and circumstance – and then what?
