Is it hot where you are this week? It seems like we are in our first heat wave! I enjoy the summer months, they might be my favorite, though I do love all the seasons. Here are a few of my favorite things to do to beat the heat (with kids…)

• Library (because books!)
• Pool or Splash Pad
• Nature Hike (somewhere shady)
• Baby pool and hose (fun for all ages)
• Inside craft
  

Obviously, the beach is always a good option too. Are you a summer lover or one of those crazies who can tell me how many Mondays until Christmas?
